At Slinkware we aim to provide excellent customer support. To date we have used a simple e-mail based system to track support tickets and to interact with customers. However, as our customer base has grown dramatically, so has the number of queries and support questions that we deal with on a daily basis, and it has become clear that we have to streamline our support set-up.
We are today launching our new support site, support.slinkware.com, that is powered by one of the leaders in cloud based support platforms: zenddesk.com. We will progressively roll out improved support functions. We are starting out with the following:
We will of course work hard on keeping our support personal and friendly, even though we are adding a touch of automation!
